Margins for laminations should be a minimum of 5mm on sidelay and back edges and a minimum of 10mm on grip.

Always mark grip and lay sides on pallet stacks, all sheets should be of same size. Spray powder should be used to a minimum, this can interfere with the visual quality of the job and the adhesion of the film to the sheet.
High wax content inks should be avoided, special care should be taken when using metallic inks or light tints eg. replly blue, rhodamine red or Pantone red. Ink suppliers should be consulted.
